By accessing or using Wantuh's Designs services, including our website, Discord bot hosting, and aircraft livery products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Wantuh's Designs provides the following services:

• Discord Modmail bot hosting services
• Aircraft livery products for Roblox games
• Digital product delivery and download services
• User account management and authentication

To access certain features of our services, you must authenticate using Discord OAuth2. By creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4.1 Purchases

All product purchases are processed through our Roblox hub. Prices are displayed in Robux (R$) and are subject to change without notice.

4.2 Licenses

When you purchase a product, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the product. You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, or share purchased products
• Claim ownership or authorship of purchased products
• Reverse engineer or modify purchased products

4.3 Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds may only be issued in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion.

Our Modmail bot hosting service is provided on a subscription basis at £1 per month. We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

• Service may be interrupted for maintenance or updates
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our terms
• You are responsible for configuring and managing your bot settings
• We are not responsible for data loss or service interruptions

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any illegal purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt our services
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Share or distribute purchased products without authorization

All content, products, and services provided by Wantuh's Designs are protected by intellectual property rights. This includes but is not limited to:

• Aircraft livery designs and graphics
• Website design and functionality
• Logos, branding, and trademarks
• Software and code

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wantuh's Designs shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or data breaches
• Errors or inaccuracies in our services
• Actions of third-party services (Discord, Roblox)

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services in the past 12 months.

Our services integrate with third-party platforms including Discord and Roblox. We are not responsible for:

• Changes to third-party platforms that affect our services
• Third-party service outages or disruptions
• Third-party terms of service or privacy policies
• Actions taken by these platforms against your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse of our services or other users
• Non-payment of fees

Upon termination, your access to purchased products and services may be revoked. You will not be entitled to refunds for unused services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
